We appreciate that it may be sometimes very tricky to ascertain whether or not the new furniture will fit through the delivery route in your place.
There are often sections of the route which may become problematic or unpassable.
To avoid such problems we offer a delivery access assessment service.
We build a model of the furniture and bring it to you to test if it fits all the way through to your chosen place of final destination.

It may be that, even though you have followed our delivery access guide it is still not possible to ascertain with full confidence if the furniture will fit or not.
To assist you with this problem, we offer our delivery access assessment service.

We can build a model of the furniture you would like to order in the 1:1 scale. This model is simply a wooden frame light enough to be easily manoeuvred in your place. This will allow to clear any doubts in regards to the access.
Delivery access assessment fee which is very easy to calculate and it consists of:

Consequently, a fee for delivery and access assessment service in Winchester’s can be calculated as follows:

giving a total fee of £86.

We also offer a service of Presentation in your place which could be combined with the delivery access assessment.
If the Presentation and the Delivery Access Assessment are combined then the there is only 1 fee for a distance from Southampton allowing a substantial saving.

If, following the delivery access assessment you place an order the cost of the presentation will be partially or fully reimbursed depending on the value of the order.
To obtain a full refund of the presentation fee, the order value will need to be equal the presentation fee multiplied by 50, in the case of our above Winchester example, the minimum order value to obtain a full fee refund is £86 x 50 = £4,300.
Analogically, 50% of this order value, that is, an order of £2,150 will qualify for the reimbursement of 50% of the presentation fee, that is £43.
Analogically again, if both, the presentation as well as the delivery access assessment are ordered than, to obtain a full refund of both of our services’ fees, the order value will need to be equal the total fee value multiplied by 50 and calculated based on exactly the same principles as above.
