Furniture Presentation in Your Place

We appreciate that in today’s busy world you may have no time or possibility to come to visit us in Southampton whilst you are interested in our furniture.

This is why we offer a service where our representative can come to visit you in your place and bring some purpose-designed small show furniture representing our collections along with a full spectrum of the samples and colours available for each collection.

Presentation Details

During a 1 hour session our representative will have and present the following:

purpose-designed, show cabinets with 1 drawer and 1 door representing our collections.
a full range of the available handles, drawer’s runners and hinges,
10/17 and 9/4,3 cm pieces of stained oak, beech, birch, fir or spruce wood samples,
full range of available stain colours and finishes.

We will also answer all your questions and take an order should you wish to.

Availability

The Presentation service in your place is available depending on the availability of our representative, let us know if you are interested as we may be just working somewhere in your area.

Presentation Fee

There is a presentation fee which is very easy to calculate and it consists of:

Distance fee: calculated s a number of miles 1 way from SO16 4ET in Southampton to your location multiplied by £2
+ £60 for an hour of presentation

Consequently, a 1 hour presentation in Winchester’s fee is calculated as follows:

Distance fee: 13 miles x £2 = £26
+ £60 for an hour presentation

giving a total fee of £86.

Delivery Access Assessment

We also offer a Delivery Access Assessment service which could be combined with the presentation.

If the Presentation and the Delivery Access Assessment are combined then there is only 1 fee for a distance from Southampton allowing a substantial saving.

Presentation Fee Reimbursement

If, following the presentation an order is placed, then the cost of the presentation will be partially or fully reimbursed depending on the value of the order. To obtain a full refund of the presentation fee, the order value will need to be equal the presentation fee multiplied by 50, in the case of our above Winchester example, the minimum order value to obtain a full presentation fee refund is £86 x 50 = £4,300.

Analogically, 50% of this order value, that is, an order of £2,150 will qualify for the reimbursement of 50% of the presentation fee, that is £43.

Analogically again, if both, the presentation as well as the delivery access assessment service are ordered than, to obtain a full refund of both of our services’ fees, the order value will need to be equal the fee value multiplied by 50 and calculated based on exactly the same principles as above.
