Please notice that all our furniture are handmade and not machine made and therefore, although the dimensions are 90% of time within +/- 10 mm tolerance, please allow up to 50 mm tolerance of dimensions, especially on the big items or when the space is limited.

You can order all furniture within the Richmond collection in one of 55 stain colours within standard price. Furniture in the photo is finished with Walnut 22-66. Default colour is clear stain. Clear stain may be vulnerable to sunlight and could result in discoloration in longer term. Brown 22-01 is closest to the natural Beech colour. We strive to display our products’ colours and finishes on our website as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen displays as well as in natural wood grain pattern, we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy. Product samples are available here. Room of Choice Delivery Service, Delivery & Assembly (*)

Room of Choice Delivery:

Standard Delivery – our delivery personnel will carry and position the furniture in the 1st room of the property where there is a sufficient space to position it. This option covers also a scenario when the lift needs to be used and is available.

Room of Choice Delivery 1 Service – our delivery personnel will carry and position the furniture in the room of choice which can be accessed without climbing the staircase. This option covers also a scenario when the lift needs to be used and is available.

Room of Choice Delivery 2 Service – our delivery personnel will carry and position the furniture in the room of choice where the access includes climbing up to 2 flights of stairs. Please contact us if you require the Room of Choice Delivery Service including climbing more then 2 flights of stairs or higher then 1st floor without possibility to use the lifts.

Waiting Time:
Please notice that this furniture is made to order, does not come from the shelf and is transported from overseas. Most of our furniture are delivered within 3-4 weeks of the order placement, but it could take up to 12 weeks. We will indicate the initial 2 days delivery window when we confirm your order. Then we will contact you again, at least 2 weeks prior to planned delivery with the confirmation of the 2 days delivery window. For details when we will contact you regarding the delivery date and time please see clause 4 of our Delivery Policy.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Days and Times:
Our deliveries are scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays but please notice that occasionally we may need to arrange delivery for any other weekday including Sundays. For details please check clause 4 of our Delivery Policy.
Delivery Access:

Assembly:
This furniture is delivered fully assembled. It will not require assembly on arrival. If you would like us to install the felt pads on all legs please ask our personnel on delivery. They will be happy to do it for you if possible.

Cancellations:
Order can be cancelled up to 96 hours from the order placement. If you want to cancel an order after 96 hours, please contact us. We will check on the individual order by order basis with the furniture manufacturer if the order still can be cancelled. We will avoid any late cancellation fees whenever possible, however there may be some late cancellations fees applicable depending on the advancement of the order. Please note, this excludes any customized products. All orders for customized items can be cancelled up to 72 hours from the order placement. If you want to cancel an order after 72 hours, please contact us. We will check on the individual order by order basis with the furniture manufacturer if the order still can be cancelled. We will avoid any late cancellation fees whenever possible, however there may be some late cancellations fees applicable depending on the advancement of the order. Design Your Own & Customisation

Please notice that this furniture is made to order and does not come from the shelf. As such, it can be made for You with any dimensions changed by up to 10cm free of charge. This particular furniture can be also made in the variants with up to 4 additional drawers arranged as per your design.
